COVID19 Information

Majestic Cinemas have made some changes to how we do things to make a Cinema Safe environment for our customers. Our customers safety is important to us so when you visit us next there will be new processes for moviegoers to follow. We ask that you carefully read the following to ensure we keep our community safe.

  • Reduced patrons per cinema in line with individual State restrictions
  • Encouraging cashless payments
  • Sanitiser stations, physical distancing guides and further safety advice provided on site
  • Safe seating in line with individual State restrictions to provide spacing between moviegoers
  • Encouraging customers to download the COVID Safe App
  • Encouraging customers to stay home if unwell, additional assistance given to pre-purchased tickets that may need to be cancelled if patrons are unwell
  • Contact Tracing policies implemented as advised by Govt
  • Session scheduling has been altered to limit patron contact in common areas and to allow enhanced cleaning
